Staff was so nice and helpful from start to finish! Very kind and friendly conversations starting with my phone call to Shalonda, and my check in with Rhonda at the front desk, pre-exam Tech (sorry I didn't catch your name!), the Dr., and then Jeremiah who finished it all up and hooked me up to be apart of their club program! My eyes are happy again!

We go to Americans best because it's where we always go. It's where my son is comfortable with getting his glasses. We do have issues with getting notifications for when glasses are ready. They will send emails and text and call to get surveys and encourage you to come back but not a message that your glasses are in and ready for pick up. Most of the staff is nice there have been a time or two over the years that the dr has not been very great and could benifit from so training on bedside manner. The prices are ok they run deals like 2 for $89 and a free exam but you'll never pay that low even if you don't get all the bells and whistles for you glasses and have insurance...read full review

Prices aren't really as they say. They didn't accept my insurance. Although the lady working was super helpful and very nice.
