And it was very very loud in the exam room because the walls do not go all the way to the ceiling. My cat was quite freaked out by how loud it was.“

“Family Pet Hospital was one of my favorite vets to take my cats to, and I was so sad to lose them upon moving away from the St. Louis area.Dr. Collins was friendly and so good with both of my cats whenever they needed to go for annual checkups and vaccinations. She would help both animals feel at ease during their visits. If either cats had health issues or needed medications, setting up an appointment or requesting medicine was an easy phone call to the front desk. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend this place 10x over in trusting them with your pet's health!“

Sad to say, curently we will no longer be going to them as we just put our dog to sleep. But for whatever reason if you schedule an appointment you won’t be called into the room for 30 minutes to and hour. I do my to stay away from waiting rooms but never once in my life other than here do you get called for a timed schedule appointment and hour after said time. EVERYTIME“
