Olive Branch in total, the setting is beautiful. Peaceful scenery with the plant life, it smells nice in there, and the rooms are sooooo cozy and private. It felt like a physical and mental reset.

I found myself in a time sensitive situation when I was TDY to Fort Leonard Wood and my pet needed some dental work done. After calling the on post veterinary clinic all week and not getting a response to voicemails, I was recommended Cross Creek.
The staff was incredibly accommodating and able to get me in for not only the dental work, but an initial consultation all in less than a week and a half. They took their time explaining the left and right end of my pet’s dental quote and made sure I understood everything and my options.
Surgery day went great and my cost ended up being on the lower end of the quote which was a great relief! Return instructions were easy and understandable. The staff even called a day or two later to make sure everything was going okay.

My all wheel drive rental vehicle was damaged beyond the ability to safely drive it. It took the rental company approximately 18 hours to locate a recovery company to assist with returning the vehicle to their terminal in St. Louis. Once the driver, (Jordan), arrived and assessed the situation, he was very helpful and informative, and worked hard to help us to get the vehicle returned. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Considering the nature of our situation, he was able to make it more bearable. If I ever find myself in the Waynesville Missouri area again and am in need of assistance I will reach out to them directly without hesitation. A very professional operation. Thanks again, Jordan.

Jose and his team did an outstanding job on our fence and they were able to get it taken care of pretty quickly after the storm. The only negative was that they didn't take away the old, broken fencing and poles, otherwise would've given 5 stars.

Melissa (the owner) is so nice and inviting. I found her and her salon when I moved to Waynesville 5 years ago. Now, I will not let anyone but her cut my hair. Her shop offers so many unique things. If you're on old route 66 and see a super cute White and Blue building right outside of downtown Waynesville. Stop in and check it out. You will know what I mean.
I had a good experience here with the therapist Jamie. She was very kind and helpful. I would recommend Jamie for any couples who need a little support and someone to talk to. Jamie helped us find solutions to our problems. The front desk staff was very kind and courteous as well.
