Love this place. My Siberian husky doesn't really like places and strangers. They are always very accommodating to us from checking in then we can go wait in the car till they get us . Straight to the room , and are very understanding from me staying with her all the time while they draw blood to shots , they let me control her and never try to be pushy . They say they are expensive, I got full rounds of shots and checkup for I think 100 bucks . Her simpecaro trio was almost more than the visit(they're cheaper than internet so no complaint just comparing that to the visit price). Totally recommend these people if you have a skiddish fur baby like myself.

Our little Toby ( a Maltipoo) injured his leg on Tuesday. I had called our vet clinic but they had no appointments available for over a week so was put on a waiting list. A friend suggested I try Cross Creek. I called them on Friday morning and they had us bring him in that afternoon even though we were not regular clients there. We can not say enough about the positive experience there. From the front desk staff to the vet tech and Dr TerMeer all treated our Toby and us with kindness and were so caring. I needed to get my puppy Tillie in for an appointment asap because she wasn’t feeling well, I called and got an appointment within the hour. The staff there were so incredibly kind, caring, and so warm. Tillie kept wanting to go to the back with them even though she had her tests done already ? Their prices are so affordable as well. I’m so pleased with the care I received for her and the customer service I received. Definitely recommend!
