I’ve gotten My hair done twice there by Lily and she has had me looking right and feeling so comfortable the minute I walked in honestly recommend her to anybody that lives in this area or even passing through not to mention I have asked her questions about my hair after I’ve gotten it done, and she recommends the absolute best affordable products. Much love for this girl I’m loyal?

Ok, let me start by saying that I didn't even know about this place until I wanted my hair colored. My loction recommended a young lady that works there. However, she was booked. But being a former soldier, I was not about to give up. I waited until, I couldn't wait any longer and gave it one more shot. And lo and behold, the young lady that answered the phone told me that she would color my locs for me. To say I was elated would be an under statement. My daughter has extremely thick and curly hair and I was looking for a place for her to get a cut and style and came across American Roots. We made an appt for a consultation so that we could make sure that this salon was the right fit for my daughter. After waiting for about 20min the stylist had not shown up for the consultation and I was very upset. Later that same day Vicki (the stylist) called and apologized profusely.
