My family and I were on our way home to Joplin and hit a deer near Waynesville, around 9 oclock at night, and I was not able to drive my car home. I called my insurance and they were having a hard time finding someone to tow us home. Ater 3 hours of sitting, I started calling towing companies myself. I started with TC towing and told them my situation and they told me to have my insurance call them. They were onseen within 30 minutes to load my car and got my family home safe around 3 in the morning. The dispatcher was super sweet and the driver was professional!
