“Hiring a contractor can be a challenging experience. As a consumer, you try to do your due diligence . We had several bids and references. When do you know if you chose the right contractor? From my experience, it is their response when something goes wrong, Contractors are also dealing with manufacturers who can have their own set of issues. Unfortunately, we got a bad unit and had a lot of issues. Jeff and his team have been excellent in handling and responding to our issues. He went to bat for us and got us a new unit. In this industry, it is difficult to find reputable contractors. If you want a reputable company and someone who stands by their work, I highly recommend Heller.“
