Hiring a contractor can be a challenging experience. As a consumer, you try to do your due diligence . We had several bids and references. When do you know if you chose the right contractor? From my experience, it is their response when something goes wrong, Contractors are also dealing with manufacturers who can have their own set of issues. Unfortunately, we got a bad unit and had a lot of issues. Jeff and his team have been excellent in handling and responding to our issues. He went to bat for us and got us a new unit. I called Heller for a second opinion on my unit and im very greatful I did.
They where able to fix my unit for a fair and affordable price when others where trying to sell me new units.

On a recommendation I called Heller for a second opinion about my older AC unit. The owner visited last year and got my system in perfect running condition. This year another of their team came to the house for a system check and he was just as efficient, honest, and knowledgeable as the owner. My cost to maintain my older machine is very affordable and every question I have about how to best plan for my AC needs has been answered in such a helpful way. I strongly recommend Heller and hope they are around for 50 more years so I feel this confident when working with integrity filled professionals that care about fixing a machine before upselling.
