My only complaint is that they don’t carry the sugar scrub anymore and I am disappointed because it is such an amazing product that gives that extra oomph that you need to help with ingrowns/clogged pores that the polish can’t get, plus it smells so good and makes my skin feel amazing and refreshed. I wish it could be a regular item like the polish and serums. PLEASE BRING BACK THE SUGAR SCRUB.“

I am so hard on my lashes and they always look beautiful because of her! She gives the most relaxing facial! Her attention to detail in everything she does truly shows. She is not only so sweet & kind but incredibly professional. I was in yesterday and she worked effortlessly while they dealt with an A/C issue and then helped a new receptionist with computer issue when she was already so busy. “The staff took the time to help me select services best for my super fair skin. … Edited: I froze my membership today. Summer is over; I’ve been on vacation. I kept coming anyway because I have a stressful job and I find tanning and the other services relaxing. I did not have a relaxing experience today. A gal I’d never seen there before was working and while I’m used to being greeted by my first name when I walk in, that was NOT the issue. The issue was I felt like I was being badgered with questions looking for a sale. I understand that it’s their job to try to upsell, but when I’ve said no, I mean no. If I have questions about products or services, I’ll ask. I’ll be back in the spring before vacation, but the sales pressure isn’t ok and it was not the first time.“

My best friend has been getting her hair cut by Cheryl for 10+ years and I finally made the jump to her about 5 years ago after having bad experiences elsewhere. I've never had a bad hair cut or bad experience here. Cheryl knows exactly how to make my hair look amazing. I can give her a few small comments (i.e. I want a few inches off, some layers) and she will run with it and go above and beyond. She takes so much time on her cuts and really knows my hair. Cheryl is also an absolute sweet heart and wonderful to talk to as well, making every single appointment a pleasure. I always look forward to going to get my hair cut! Could not more highly recommend!“
