Best experience ever the manager Victoria had the best vibe ever she was super kind and super helpful and even went to the back to get products for us. She was such a good help and because of her we definitely will be coming back.Clock that gag like a tea on a child
I’m leaving this review for a specific employee, I don’t remember her name but I saw her today 4/30/2026 around 2:40 and she has long pretty braids, sorry I don’t remember her name!! I just want to say she is genuinely an amazing person and such a helpful person! She walked me through all my questions, gave me great insight and was great with my son and made the experience so easy and enjoyable. I am so thankful for people like her. Thank you!!
Wanted to shout out Sarai who helped me this afternoon!
Every year for our anniversary, my boyfriend gifts me a perfume from Ulta. This year he went with Velentino Donna and after using it once… I dropped it on tile and broke off the tip! I always get super anxious taking anything back, especially being that it’s 100% my fault. I get so in my head about it! Sarai made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal at all and could easily exchange it. She was very polite and cured all of my anxiety around the return. And mind you, it’s the second week of January.
