“This place was wonderful. My husband bought me a gift card here for my birthday. I got to experience the whole works: a mani-pedi, a massage, and a facial. I have never done anything like it before, and it was an amazing experience here. I had three different professionals, and every single one of them knew their craft very well. “The staff took the time to help me select services best for my super fair skin. … Edited: I froze my membership today. Summer is over; I’ve been on vacation. I kept coming anyway because I have a stressful job and I find tanning and the other services relaxing. I did not have a relaxing experience today. A gal I’d never seen there before was working and while I’m used to being greeted by my first name when I walk in, that was NOT the issue. The issue was I felt like I was being badgered with questions looking for a sale. I understand that it’s their job to try to upsell, but when I’ve said no, I mean no. If I have questions about products or services, I’ll ask. I’ll be back in the spring before vacation, but the sales pressure isn’t ok and it was not the first time.“

“Update - she sent me a confirmation that I did not receive, I sometimes have this issue with my phone, and that is the reason she didn't show. If she'll have me the next time I am in town I'll give it another shot - hopefully with a new phone. Had an appt set for 9am and she never showed. Requires a deposit, which i paid and hasn't yet been returned to me. I will update if its returned.“
