I typically do not write reviews unless I’ve had a bad experience but I had to make an exception! During one of the most difficult times of my life Jason showed up and showed out! He went above and beyond answering late night phone calls, making last minute obituaries, meeting me outside of normal business hours and answering every question I had, and there were many😂. He never showed frustration and was very understanding of our wishes. During my mom’s service he had Doriann G step in with his amazing voice to sing for my mom, unfortunately I had a second family member pass and Doriann was right there again showing his amazing pianist skills. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Granberry Mortuary, especially Mr. Aaron who worked with us directly and handled my fathers final arrangements.

They were professional, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process, and they made sure every detail was handled with care. The true icing on the cake for me was the day of my father's funeral, the entire team wore his favorite color to his service. Just that little extra touch truly warmed my heart.

My family went for the first viewing on July 10, 2026 for my cousin Delores Johnson, with Mr. Aaron Mitchell who was tied up on the phone with another family for about 15 minutes which delayed our 9:00 am appointment. The staff was very professional in checking in with us regarding the delay. They had a10:00am funeral and didn't rush us out. They remained patient answering all our concerns never mentioning they had a service at 10:00 am. As we where departing Grandberry parking lot, I notice the funeral procession entering the lot.
