“I was able to have my Bulldog, Hank, seen 30 minutes after I called. One hour after I called in, we were on our way home with the medication he needed. I was very surprised at the low price as well! Both the vet and the vet tech were awesome! Hank loved it there and we’ll be back when needed!“

“We were visiting from our of town and needed daycare for our dog. Kennelwood was great. It is a big facility with lots of outdoor and indoor space for the dogs. We also took care of bathing our dog while he was there and Kennelwood has a discount option for daycare if you do grooming ☺️ The staff was very friendly and good with our dog and we got a report from daycare and grooming when we picked him up. My only complaint was the check on process and check out process were not very good. Stations are not labeled well and I was rather frustrated with this situation. They need better communication and direction in this area. Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again“

“St Louis Invisible Fence did a great job with our install, training and support over the past ten years. I got a new puppy and scheduled and paid for training All four were scheduled in advance with 5 hour windows. i now found out a friend is coming for a visit and lands at 12:50. my window is 1-6 so i called to see if i could get 2-6 instead. the girl was brash and told me flat out no. we can do 8- noon or 1-6 thats it. i said ok then i guess I have to reschedule. Next available she says is July 1. So i said her next one is the 6th of June so isnt July 1 too late. Well we have a cancellation list. I told her not to bother. Their customer service is horrible! -Am changing my review since the regional manager just called. The customer service girl is not from St Louis but in a call center. Thats not a great excuse,but makes me feel betteer“

“Coconut was taken care of better than any other boarding service we have used. He was well hydrated, fed, and had a great time playing with the other dogs. When I've taken him to other places, I was so concerned that he had a full bladder with dark urine and how he would drink tons of water when coming home. Boarding with Dogtopia was not like this at all! In fact, I feel like he misses it!!! Coconut was boarded for almost 2 weeks, our longest time away, and I was blown away with the amount of care he received. It was so wonderful hearing feedback when I picked him up about how he really blossomed after the first couple days he was there. I loved being able to check in with him on the webcams when I could. I will 100% use you all for boarding again AND also doggy day camp.“

“All of the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. Dr Canada and Dr Pritchett collaborated to give my Bella the best care. Bella is my sugar glider, and many exotic veterinarians do not treat them. This clinic has gone above and beyond to help me. From their regular to emergency services, they have been wonderful. They also have taken the time to respond to my questions via text. They truly care about Bella and my own well being. This is the best exotic veterinary clinic I have ever been to, and I have lived all over the country. I highly recommend them. “The technicians at West County Animal Clinic on Manchester were amazing! Our sweet 2 yr old mix is terrified of the vet and hates getting his nails cut. He becomes aggressive and most places I take him don’t know how to handle him. The lead tech and another technician, Lisa and Amy, were amazing! They knew just what to do and they did it quickly and lovingly. I’ve been on the hunt for a vet that doesn’t charge a crazy amount and also knows how to care for scared dogs. I’m so grateful we gave them a try. We’ll definitely be going back for future needs.“

“This was such a wonderful find! My dogs LOVE to swim and this was a perfect place for them to do so. There's a big pool and a smaller pool. Tay is very nice and works really well with and understands dogs. My dogs had a blast! We will definitely be back - great spot in STL!“
