I've dabbled in fitness off and on my whole life, but could never stick with it. That all changed here! The trainers generally care about you and your goals. More importantly, you're part of a family! If you want a real change (for the better), look no further!
This place is AWESOME !!! I started Fitness 4U with a Groupon in 2014 and have never stopped, Best decision I ever made ! I hope I have another 10 years in me ;-) The classes are fun and the trainers are great and always encouraging you to be a better you. !
Fitness4U is your home for top-notch training and community!!! My 73 year old mom has been coming for over 5 years and I give Fitness4U all the credit for her improved strength, balance, cognition and more!! Also, this is the fitness community/family she has always needed/wanted but did not have access to in other places we lived. Her husband (my dad) passed away quickly last year and Fitness4U was an amazing support, along with her strength and stamina mentally and physically to power through it all!
