“Tracy is the best! Just completed 12 appointments with her for my shoulder and wrist injuries. The sessions were far more practical than my previous PT. They actually taught me dozens of fantastic exercises that are easy to do at home, as opposed to just massaging me and giving me ice. Will be going back if I need to in future for sure!”

“Recent remodel to several areas including the locker room. This is the closest to a lifetime athletic in NWA. It’s not a lifetime but it feels much closer than something like planet fitness. I used to go here and they stopped taking care of the place, but now they have sold part of the building which had the pool in it. Instead, they took that money and remodeled as stated above, they also added some great new lounge furniture up front and moved around the equipment. The showers and sauna are all retiled. It feels a lot cleaner and better. There is still some room for improvement though, staffing remains an issue, there is nobody around. The elevator remains broken and the treadmill belts are pretty worn. But they are getting there and it’s noticed. It’s good to note as well that this gym is never very crowded like some of the big chains.”
