I called because my A/C unit started to make a weird noise, and Michael was out THAT afternoon. We found out that the fan motor was going bad, and there was an interesting hack job from the last people who owned our home. Michael was able to get our fan replaced / capacitor installed in under two hours on a 93+ degree day. I am beyond impressed and the prices are more than fair! The Hillbilly's house's 2 ton heat pump started needing assistance 3 years ago. But, under advisement from Jeff, we just repaired it and waited to replace it until the new freon standard came out this year.
Our new unit is wonderful! It is much more efficient and is doing a better job cooling my upstairs than the older one by far. I'll have to watch my electric usage for a year or so, but I'm willing to bet this new unit is going to save me a LOT of money in the future.
