Sam was the MVP he helped me pull codes from the truck and he actually took the time to explain every code and to help me understand ways I can remedy the situation. I really appreciate that! I would definitely recommend coming here 10 out of 10
I can't say enough good things about MHC Kenworth Springfield. They got me right in, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had me back on the road in no time. Their team understood the urgency of keeping my load moving and went above and beyond to minimize my downtime.
Professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused from start to finish. If you're looking for a shop that treats your time and business like it matters, this is the place. Hands down the best group in the Springfield area, and I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs or maintenance done.
Thanks to the entire MHC Kenworth Springfield team for saving my load and getting me rolling again! 🚛💨
They got me in and took care of me and my situation at what I considered a fair price. Kw dealerships notoriously rugged but when one stands out, I remember and will be back to this one. Thank you, Mark.
