They were able to pinpoint a place where the rain started to come in on the roof and as they were working and worked with the roofer to pinpoint a spot that he had missed that was still leaking. They were very respectful of my home and very respectful to me, an elderly woman and cleaned up the mess beautifully. I could not ask for anyone better to fix my home. Thank you.“

I personally seen the engineered permit from the city showing all work passed in fact after looking into it it shows this trash had pulled a owners permit an all the next round of inspections failed all the work done after this company had parted ways with her due to her having financial troubles husband was unemployed as well as she. It's just sad people reduce themselves to trash instead of communicating with people. She obviously got anterior motives cause all she has done is give this company a clear open an shut case if slander an defamation. They are the real deal hopefully yelp will remove Kayla g. Review as its false an made with a false address. I seriously hope this company sue the pants off this trashy Kayla teach her a lesson.“

“We had a recent death in our family. Our family member was found 10 days later inside the house. We did not know what to do or who to call. Shad and his team was referred from the coroner. The coroner even said “This guy will take care of you and he is the best”. Shad has been nothing but considerate and helpful through the ENTIRE process. We have had issues with our insurance company over the claim and Shad has been there every step of the way to assist with the process.

I’ve seen a negative review regarding Shad’s integrity over posting videos and pictures of his process because it is sensitive for the family to see the home and the condition it was in at the time of passing. Shad asked us upfront if we would be okay with him posting a video for before and after he is finished. He didn’t ask us as a whole. He asked for permission from EACH of us. He didn’t want to do anything unless we were ALL comfortable doing it. If more people ran their business like Shad does, then integrity and quality would be the new standard and not a joyful surprise. I want to thank Shad and his team for taking care of us in this difficult time. If you read all of this, then you’ve read enough. “We had a leak in our basement from the main water line. When I called and spoke with Blake he was efficient and was able to get Adam out to take a look at it. He assured me I was in good hands and gave me Adam’s background so that I would confident I was having the right person evaluate the issue. After taking to both guys about the issue we knew what we needed to do to have it fixed. Later in the day I made the decision to have it fixed and Blake was ready to get the job done. I informed him that I had to leave my house by 2:00pm and he assured me that wouldn’t be an issue pending no major issues once they got down to the leak. Dennis was the man for the job! He was at our house ready to work that morning. There were a few setbacks but that didn’t hinder him from completing the job. He was aware that I had a deadline of when I needed to leave and that man was in and out in about 3 hours! He wasn’t sloppy in his work. He was diligent and focused. He made sure to take time and answer all the questions that my son had for him. While some workers give short answers to kids to seem disinterested, Dennis took time to give him explanations to make sure he understood. Blake, Adam, and Dennis were all amazing and I will be calling them back with any future plumbing issues. Thank you all so much!“
