“Being a real estate office, we have clients regularly that will need their services. They were super nice, came to our office, introduced themselves and explained the many services and how they make sure their customers are taken care of from A to Z. Here in Laurie, MO there is always room for businesses that take care of people! Thank you for being awesome!”
“Nathan and the entire company of Mr. Power clean is truly the best! We had a large house fire in February 2024 and he showed up the same day we called him and was empathetic, reassuring, helpful, knowledgeable, honest and very calm. He and his company got right to work packing, cleaning, storing and moving our items out of the house! He was very good with communication and very helpful to understand the entire process from start to finish when we were at a loss at what to do and know when you have a house fire. He went above and beyond on everything and I would recommend him and Mr. Power Clean to anyone!”
“We had an absolutely stellar and excellent experience with Dylan Sanders, Project Mgr, at ServPro of the Lake of the Ozarks.
Dylan handled our water mitigation issues as a result of a tree crashing through our roof & ceiling during a tornado/huge storm. His professionalism, experience, and knowledge was top notch.
Dylan was so respectful and responsive to our needs and an excellent communicator. We never had to “wonder” where he was or where we were in the process of getting the water damage mitigated.
We cannot say enough positive things about Dylan and ServPro of the Lake of the Ozarks. Dylan & ServPro made what would normally be a horrendous experience and turned it into a very calm situation, putting our worries at ease.
Thank you ever so much, Dylan & ServPro for the outstanding and phenomenal service you gave us. Top notch!!!”
