We had to have plumbing done and a new roof vent installed, the Plumbing Company used and incorrect seal around the vent that started showing a leak 2 yrs later causing ceiling damage and when I called them they told me only a 1yr warranty (I'll never call them again) John Beal roofing did our roof 8 yrs ago i called them and they came out straight away and found that issue and repaired it. And though I was charged it was a very reasonable price. They are a great company to work with.
