I had hail and wind damage in May of 2025. I reached out to Pro Installation & Design and was told it would take a few months to get my house fixed. While it took WAY longer than that, closer to 10 months, I understood everyone in St Louis was in the same boat as I was. I stayed patient. Every so often I reached out to my salesperson AJ who assured me he was still in communication with State Farm concerning my claim. He also told me about supply issues St Louis was having.
