We highly recommend One Way to anyone & everyone! Melissa delivered top-notch customer service, has excellent communication skills, and was very patient and thorough in answering all of our questions. They seamlessly guided us through the process of working with our insurance company to ensure that we got everything that was coming to us. The work was completed in a timely manner, was done very professionally, and they very thoroughly cleaned up after the project was complete. We cannot say enough positive things, and we will absolutely be reaching out to them again if we ever have any further roofing needs. We have already recommended them by word-of-mouth to family and friends!

One customer had an urgent repair need, and the company either picks up the phone or calls right back, with very good response and overall communication. A customer with 14 very complicated condo roofs said the roofing crews did an incredible job shingling, and the company went to incredible lengths to get the insurance company to reassess and increase their initial payout offer. The installation went very smoothly, and the crew worked very hard over 3 days to complete the job professionally. Another customer said the company was on time, professional, and did a very good job replacing the roof. Everything was done as promised, and they cleaned up well after finishing.
Reviews
Tony and his workers recently replaced our roof because it was damaged due to weather, hail damage. All work was covered by our insurance which Tony made sure it would be covered before work was started. He worked with the adjuster for us and the company was able to complete the work in one day and it looks great.
What a great experience. From start to finish this company out did themselves. Melissa was professional and kept us up to date. Tony & Jonathan explained the problem with our roof . The roofers were friendly and professional. Clean up was great !!
I would highly recommend this company. We will definitely use them again. Thank you for a job well done. 👍👍👍
