Great customer service and priority scheduling. I was on a tight timeline due to a military deployment and Lane House gave an accurate estimate and timeline. Kerry just came to the house to give a second opinion after a fast talker and quicker climber found damage on my 3-year old roof. Kerry showed up knowing he was a second opinion and would get the job but honesty and integrity is obviously more valuable. I have no damage. Kerry took pictures of the soft metal on the roof that looked as new as the day it was installed. I have trusted Lane House for over a decade and this is why I will continue to do so.
