I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Conner Roofing. From the initial contact all the way through completion, everything was handled professionally and smoothly.
Justin Summers, my project manager was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough, and he kept me informed throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the insurance claim process, answered all of my questions, and communicated with me regularly. It was reassuring to know I could always get an answer when I needed one.
The roofing crew was just as impressive. They showed up on schedule, worked hard and efficiently, and took great pride in their work. The installation was done exceptionally well, and their attention to detail was obvious. What really impressed me was the cleanup. When they finished, the property was so clean that you would never have known a roofing crew had been there the day before.
I wanted to show our appreciation to the crew, so on installation day we had a cooler filled with Gatorade and some homemade cookies waiting for them. They were very appreciative, and we were happy to do it.
Overall, Conner Roofing made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy. The communication, scheduling, workmanship, and cleanup were all first-class.
I would highly recommend Conner Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof. Justin was an excellent project manager, and the entire crew did a fantastic job. It’s not often that you can say you had a truly stress-free experience with a major home improvement project, but that was definitely the case with Conner Roofing.”
