“Hitchfit is amazing! I 100% recommend to anyone considering a transformation. The trainers are fully vested and want to see you improve and move forward in your health / fitness journey. They don’t want lifetime clients; however, they will stay with you every step of the way. The help you set goals, provide a solid nutrition & weight training plan ; one that is sustainable and can be adjusted as needed. This is the only plan that has worked for me. You are taught correct portions and eat Whole Foods, not processed or pre packaged meals. Once you get a routine and focus on hitting that routine each day, it is easy. I’m down 23 inches total, about 40 pounds while gaining more muscle. My journey has been slower but in the long run more sustainable. I’m continuing to lose more and build muscle. This plan and transformation have helped me stay off medication to manage stress and anxiety. I look forward to continuing to improve! My only regret was not starting Hitchfit sooner!“
