Gym and locker room are always clean, and locker room has quite a few upgrades and updates compared to other locations. I do wish the showers had a shelf or cubby for me to put my body wash and such so I don't have to put it on the ground. It'd also be nice if the showers had doors like some other locations instead of curatins.
Members seem nice, not judgemental, and seems like they do a good job cleaning up after themselves. I very rarely have to wait for equipment to be available. Lots of people I see in there are regulars. I currently split time between locations, but go to this one 2-3 times a week, and I prefer tjis location over the other one I go to more often due to my schedule.“

“iRISE is the best performance facility in the Kansas City metro area! When I started back training I was a few pounds short of 150lbs. Over time Earnest showed me how to put on 20lbs of muscle. Earnest and Justin both help me stay consistent with my weight and strength goals. I’ve also improved my athletic performance and can now run/jump like I was in high school lol. Those guys are great at getting you where you need to be and helping you to maintain your youth!“
