Our house had the shake shingle siding that was aging, with areas of rot and the occasional bird building a nest. Most of the windows in our home were decades old. Some we couldn't even open anymore. I told him I wanted really long down spouts so water gets away from my house. His team did a wonderful job. They said I didn't need to be home. I trusted them to do it.
