The whole team goes above and beyond. John was awesome from the first time we met him. I really enjoy doing business in person and he always made us feel like a priority. He walked our property, offered to be present when the adjuster was there, always checked in to ensure things were going ok. The roof took 1 day. We couldn't believe it. His crew was in and out and the whole yard was cleaned up like nothing happened. John personally came out to ensure we were satisfied after his crew was done. Easy to work with. Communication was maintained throughout whole process. Addressed any and all concerns we had. John is great about explaining the different brands pros and cons. He also goes to great lengths to make sure we was satisfied with the work and it will last. Worked within the Insurance claim so we didn't have any out of pocket. Definitely would recommend them.

We are so Happy that we called Ameristar Roofing! We had our roof and gutters replaced and they look fantastic! John and his team are very professional and friendly. We went thru getting the various quotes from other roofers and sometimes that was bizarre. Ameristar made us feel good about hiring them. They made sure that we we updated and aware of the process. The crew did an excellent job. And thoroughly cleaned the yard when finished.And their prices are about the best I found! I do HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ameristar Roofing to everyone! You must call them if you are in need of a new roof or gutters or repair work!
