“The staff is very accommodating and attentive to my questions. The provider Michele was excellent. She asked many questions to help get to the root of my concerns and took her time speaking with me. She addressed every question and carefully went over her approach and plan she was considering. She also gave me a printout of supplements that she suggested I start and others to stop. Michele has experience with new patients not to overwhelm them and to go over changes and details and what she is testing for.

The blood draw was quick and the technician was so kind ( I wish I could remember her name)

Said he was willing to assist her with any tests and whatever he can do. He made new suggestions no one else has yet. We’ll be going to him more. I highly recommend him.“

“I have dealt with major back and hip pain for several years, I was finally fed up and got a referral to physical therapy. Over the course of my treatment I have had a huge improvement in my overall pain, although im not completely pain free I have a lot of hope for my future. Trent worked with me and I'd recommend him to anyone ! He's very personable and knowledgeable. Easy to get along with and really paid attention to what I needed, even when I didnt necessarily give him much verbal input. His encouragement throughout really made a difference. He really knows what he's doing! I have the motivation to continue to build my strength even though my official treatment is done. If I ever need Physical Therapy again in the future, I know I will request to work with him again!

“I just had my fifth baby and it was my first time using the Mercy Midwives. They were amazing. Cassidy is who was there for my birth and she was such a support. The nurses were amazing. They respected my wishes and helped me have the birth I wanted. They helped with positioning to help labor and with pain. The nurses massaged my back because the back labor was awful.

I honestly just cant say enough for how heard I felt and how they respected my wishes.“

“Dr. Byrappa is a great doctor. I started seeing him a couple months ago when I moved to Springfield. He took his time to get to know me in the appointments I've had with him. He didn't push any medication on me that I didn't want and wanted my opinion on what would help me. I have anxiety seeing doctors to the point my blood pressure is high when I first get there but came down after the appointment. He has even tried his best to comfort my anxiety with medication. My husband has his first appointment with him this week. He doesn't like doctors to much but I have great confidence that he will like Dr. Byrappa ?“

“I've been to this clinic four times now, my son (11months) and I see J. James and she's amazing. So kind, and it really feels like she truly cares. She listens, and has actually taken me seriously and ran tests that I asked for. Then when they come back with the results I suspected, she had no problem referring me to the specialists I needed. Then today (10/6/25) I was just in the walk-in clinic with my daughter. They got us in and out fairly quickly, and the staff was professional and courteous. They did their best to make my daughter comfortable and did all the checks. They even got her in for a CT scan for today! It was amazing, I'm thankful for this clinic and these people.“

“I was in a car wreck, dislocated the patellar on my knee. Nurses and doctor did a wonderful job taking care of me!
My only complaint is the front desk, I had a neck brace, my shirt and pants were cut off, and I had vomit running down my chin and neck brace and asked the front desk for a blanket, but it took me asking a few times to get a blanket. The front desk wheeled me over to the waiting area and just left me. I was in pain, throwing up and freezing. But, when I got to the back the doctor and nurses did amazing taking care of me. Love the nurses here!
Please fix the front desk, they could do without so much attitude, and a little more professionalism. Though I understand they have to deal with jerks coming in all day, BUT don't take that on patients who are hurting please.
I give 5 stars because this is still an amazing hosptial, and I will always recommend cox. Amazing, strong nurses!!!“
