About Mercy Clinic Family Medicine - Smith Glynn Callaway - Suite 220
Mercy Clinic Family Medicine - Smith Glynn Callaway - Suite 220 is a comprehensive healthcare facility that caters to the needs of patients, including the elderly. The clinic has a pharmacy and a lab area for bloodwork, making it a one-stop-shop for various medical services. The facility is equipped with a covered drop-off area, although the long walk to the elevators can be somewhat challenging for those with mobility issues. The staff at Mercy Clinic are described as kind and the self-check-in process at the lab is user-friendly. The parking lot is spacious and is rarely more than half full, providing ample parking for patients. Patients have had mixed experiences with the doctors at the clinic. One patient, Dr. H. Morgan, received high praise for his expertise and attentiveness in diagnosing and treating a fungal infection. The patient was impressed with Dr. Morgan's quick identification of the condition and the comprehensive care provided, including blood tests, a urine sample, a chest X-ray, and a referral to a dermatologist. However, another patient had a frustrating experience with Dr. Wolfe. The patient had scheduled an appointment but was informed upon arrival that the doctor was out on a delivery and would not be returning that day. The patient was told they could wait, but after over an hour, they were informed that the doctor would not be back. The patient's husband made several attempts to reschedule, but the calls were not returned. When the patient tried to schedule a new appointment, they were told it would be another three months before they could see the doctor, which the patient found unacceptable. Overall, Mercy Clinic Family Medicine provides a range of medical services, with some patients reporting positive experiences with the quality of care and others expressing frustration with scheduling and communication issues.
I just had my fifth baby and it was my first time using the Mercy Midwives. They were amazing. Cassidy is who was there for my birth and she was such a support. The nurses were amazing. They respected my wishes and helped me have the birth I wanted. They helped with positioning to help labor and with pain. The nurses massaged my back because the back labor was awful.
I honestly just cant say enough for how heard I felt and how they respected my wishes.
I had an excellent experience here! Very kind staff and clean bathrooms! Great doctor and nurse. Patient , empathetic and kind. Dr Varun and nurse Brandi . I made the right choice coming here!
This place has several things that you need with the pharmacy and lab (bloodwork) area. I frequently take my elderly parents here and once in a wheelchair and one uses a walker. It does have a covered drop-off area, but it is a long walk to the elevators, which makes it somewhat difficult for them. The people are kind and the self-check-in at the lab is very user-friendly. The parking lot is huge and I’ve never seen it more than halfway full.
