My dad was at the hospital for a bladder surgery and had a one night stay. Everyone we came in contact with was so helpful and friendly. They made his stay comfortable and gave him excellent care. Thank you Levi, Lexie, Charles and everyone on duty. You guys were all fantastic!
The transition to Epic they are currently going through is making the patient experience worse. Billing is no longer simple. Cox also does to pay to staff their call centers and make their customers wait on hold long periods of time.
1st id prefer to sit at the table with the Owner & max b. due to much difficulty during my stay and mostly the Unsanitary habits and neglect, abusive people such as conduct of the personnel ..employees. Hi Mr Price in due time ASAP , SINCERELY
