Ozark Mercy is one of the nicest Mercy offices in the surrounding areas of Springfield. I can always get a timely appt. Dr. Little has been in Ozark for 30 years and oversees a very professional staff. I appreciate their kindness and attention to my concerns.

I've had to use this walk in clinic on 2 separate occasions. Both times were quick and easy, the receptionists were friendly and welcoming from the very beginning. Our first visit was for a COVID test on my young daughter. Both the nurse and nurse practitioner helped ease her anxiety and made the process as painless as possible. I would highly recommend this walk in clinic as a great option in the Ozark area!

The receptionists are generally rude here and need some training on how to speak to people. as patients we either call or walk in not totally sure what to expect or feel well and these people act like we are plain stupid
