Well I work there as the Technical Service Advisor and instructor, and been there for about 13 years. Great products, great team mates, and in my 35 years doing HVAC service work and around 2 years inside supporting our customers and contractors; I feel honored to be a part of the best qualified, knowledgeable, and customer service based company that I've ever worked for.

This company and all the staff have been nothing but perfection and reliable. I guarantee that lady complaining about her 2 yr old system isn't telling the whole story. Just looking at one photo tells me that filter is so filthy from not being changed it's actually sucked into the evaporator. I've had work done from this company and they have always returned calls, though sometimes Wayne is so busy it's taken a few days for us to finally connect. But he has NEVER blown me off in the years I've dealt with him.Here's a tip, from another woman small business owner, ironically in HVAC. Sevice folks are amazing. They helped me in a pinch 2 weeks ago during the 100 degree weather and my AC went out. They let me grab ine butterfly connection that would allow me to run my AC via bypassing the fried cicuit board, so my 2 little ones and dog wouldnt have to be sleeping in 80 degree temps in the house.
