“I had a rather large project building a Aircraft Hanger/Home. Roark Heating and Air Conditioning was just the best! I moved into this area from Germany (retired Air Force) not knowing anyone and I’m very fortunate to have come into contact with their company. I am somewhat of a perfectionist and could see right away the same quality in their work and professionalism. During this project I ran into some dishonest individuals on other aspects of the build and it was so refreshing to deal with Roark. They showed impeccable honesty and integrity throughout my entire experience with their company. Thank you!”

“I have used electra-air services from repairs on original hvac system that was installed years before I moved in until it finally died. I was quoted a price for entirely new system . It was installed correctly at the quoted price. Unit ran great for 2 years but when the compressor went out due to ground fault Glen kept me informed as to when he expected manufacturer could replace the compressor. He kept me updated and last time he called he told me the manufacturer decided to replace the entire ac unit. He came out Saturday morning and installed it quickly.<br>I forgot to mention Glen made a window unit available to me while we waited for the unit to arrive. Thanks to him I didn't have to endure the 95 to 112 heat index without any air.<br>Can't thank them enough for all their efforts keeping me from having heat related stress added to existing medical issues.”
