“Love this location and the friendly staff at the Walmart Vision Center! Dr. Laue takes his time, listens to my concerns and thoroughly explains what is going on. He makes me feel positive and relaxed. He is very knowledgeable in his field. Melissa is super friendly and always smiling and takes her time as well to help me pick out glasses etc. Amanda and Jim and all the staff are friendlyeven if they're very busy they will acknowledge you and get to you as soon as possible.It's so nice to go somewhere to get medical care and feel like you are welcome!Kudos to Dr. L and his staff! “Had my first appt today with O’Fallon Family Eye Care. It was a wonderful experience! Very nice, clean office. Everyone I encountered was so happy and friendly. All the staff were very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had. It’s been a few years since I’ve had an eye exam, and I was pleasantly surprised with the advancement in equipment this office uses.. No more air puffs or eye dilation needed. Their machines take very detailed pictures of your eyes. This was probably the best and most thorough eye exam I’ve had, ever. The doctor was very nice and professional, he answered all of my questions and didn’t rush my appt. After my appt, I had a lot of help from the girls out front, to pick the perfect glasses without feeling rushed to choose. I even left with some trial contact lenses with my new updated prescription. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I left with a smile. I will definitely be recommending this office to everyone.“

The young lady that escorts me to the exam room was very friendly and polite instructing me on every upcoming exam and what results to expect and how it would help the optometrist, then after,the optometrist enters and informs me of every upcoming event then informs me of the expected results also of upcoming tests that needed to be performed giving me the results of each of the three tests performed.
