“Storms and Tornadoes hit Saint Louis, MO in 2025. They were massive, trees were snatched out the ground with the concrete still connected to the base. LANEHOUSE WAS READY. My roof was a complete replacement. Windows were damaged and replaced. Siding was replaced. The jobs were scheduled and completed to maximum PROFESSIONAL standards. “We just had Building Envelope Experts put in a large bay and 3 casements in our LR and DR. Fantastic! The windows are beautiful. Changes the whole look of the room. The installers are real craftsmen, going the extra mile that a 107 yr old home required to get the fit perfect. And they made the install as convenient as possible. Easy peasy. We also love the 3 glass block windows in the basement and 2 new doors. They put in 3 lovely doors 2 years ago that continue to exceed our expectations. “Richards gave excellent troubleshooting to a quirky problem. I got five estimates when I had a roof problem, and was replacing my flat roof, and only Richard’s took time to troubleshoot the issue. Start to finish communication was great, prices were very fair & comparable even though they offered so much more, They were accurate on time, and each person who showed up was excellent at their job. There didn’t seem to be a hierarchy, rather as a customer you were happy each person had the job they had. When there was a snafu in the middle (due to the quirky problem) They let me know immediately, and with some troubleshooting again the problem is resolved completely. They are the best of old-fashioned service. 10 stars !“
