We have used Banner on several occasions at a previous residence, this time on our 1912 fully renovated farm house. The redwood siding was past its day, with a second story window that was covered over on the inside - needing to be removed & sided over. New gutters, where needed, as well. The Hardie siding, composite trim & top-of-the-line exterior paint now make our old house virtually maintenance free & certainly more energy efficient.
