Their installation crews are top-notch, keeping customers informed throughout the process and ensuring complete satisfaction. With attention to detail and integrity, Arch City Window successfully replaced windows in various sizes and shapes, including those in brick or stucco homes.
These guys were great to us. They installed 7 windows after a hail storm. Even though our insurance company agreed to cover their proposed estimate, after the work was done, they refused. Arch City worked with us and gave us some flexibility to pay off the remaining balance. The work they did was awesome, we love the windows. Their staff was friendly, timely and got us completed in great time. Considering they installed in the middle of the winter, we were completely grateful.
I had the best service and importantly after sales-service. Some work had to be delayed by my request as we were doing home remodeling and Arch kept those widows and came at later date to coordinate and get the work done expediently. Definite 5 stars!
