They did find that my metal chimney facade had an issue that could let water into my home. We had three quotes and the best performance for the dollar was from marc at clearview. (They weren't the cheapest, but they install a much nicer window for just a few bucks more each). They used the existing footings and structure which saved a lot of money over other companies who wanted to tear everything down and start from scratch. They used Moistureshield Vision composite decking which we love. Chuck, our intsaller, was very meticulous and did a great job on the install.
