When I collected the robe, he told me how he closed the bottom of the bag to protect it. He also asked a few times if I wanted help taking it to my car. “Can’t speak highly enough about this shop. I had purchased a tuxedo for my wedding and had previously taken the pants to a different person to have tailored. Safe to say this person completely botched my pants, and I thought they were past the point of saving. I frantically searched for any tailor who could attempt to save what I thought was ruined. I brought my pants here and let me just say that these ladies are miracle workers. They were able to completely re-do my pants and altered them exactly how I needed into a perfectly fitting pair of pants. When I first brought them in, they expressed some worry and concern about the state in which they were brought in, but they knew that they were for my wedding and said they wanted to do everything they could for me, recognizing these were for a very special occasion. The level of care they exemplified towards me and my situation is unlike anything I’ve experienced before in customer service. Not only are they incredible tailors but also incredible humans. When I came in to pick them up and try them on, they cried in the lobby and were so happy that I was happy with how they turned out. The staff always is communicative - I’ve never had a problem picking up my clothes in a timely fashion.
