Just learned about this place not to long ago despite living in the area more than a decade now I was nearby so I decided to try them out. I had many jackets, blazers and overcoats that were hard wrinkled from storage and I was uncertain if they could be recovered. While in line I was inadvertently jumped by someone who walked in and the rep kindly called it out even though I allowed the older customer to proceed. I was later notified of some apparent light damage to one of the jackets prior to servicing so the shop wouldn't be held accountable. Very friendly staff, they greeted me when I walked in. I had taken in some jeans to be mended and patched and to sew in a zipper. Very quick efficient everything looked great so happy I went there. They are my new go to. 😊
