To say we are fans of our Tide Cleaners in Ballwin would be an understatement! We had an incredibly important event that we needed a specific item cleaned for, and our whole family dropped the ball and forgot to pick it up during business hours. After midnight the night before the event, it clicked that we had left the item at the cleaners. In a panic, I emailed the store manager, Brian, and explained the situation.
