I was looking for carrot orange fabric. I found carrot orange fabric. I was looking for Schmetz needles and the employee directed me to the Schmetz needles. No, this is not Michael's or joanns or what have you. It is clear that the typical customer already knows fabric and sewing. As someone who fits in that category, I found this to be a perfect addition to my LQS rotation. The employees were attentive when I asked a question, they were friendly but did not haunt me as I shopped.
It was a definite experience. Learned a lot and I'm not even into sewing but my wife is. There were some amazing technologies with these new sewing machines that accomplishes a lot.
Heyde’s customer service is great. I had trouble getting my serger threaded. Tammy was so patient and we finally got it threaded for a very small fee. I’ve taken my machines there’s several times and had excellent service. Highly recommend the store.
