Heyde’s customer service is great. I had trouble getting my serger threaded. Tammy was so patient and we finally got it threaded for a very small fee. I’ve taken my machines there’s several times and had excellent service. Highly recommend the store.
I adore shopping at Heyde Sewing because their friendly staff makes finding what I need incredibly easy. I also love that they have stock for days of anything I could ever need for a project. I’ve had my Pfaff sewing machine (I must have it 35 years) and a Singer heavy duty machine (2020) repaired at Heyde Sewing Machine Company. Both are sewing again like new. Very happy with their service. I could spend an afternoon happily
