I went to the women’s clinic in Lansing Kansas and the provider I was seeing was unprofessional and trying to be a push over. They stopped sending me paper statements so I had no way to pay my bill which is not my fault and they sent me to a debt collector. Tried calling the clinic to resolve this and I talked to a Sarah person and she was very rude and unprofessional and hung up the phone on me. I highly DO NOT recommend this place at all for anything.

Over the course of two shoulder replacement I have waited over 12 hours past my appointment time!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡. I was three minutes late and they made wait to be seen very last. Where do I send my bill for having to wait so long ?

I am very disappointed with the level of patient care and concern that has developed at the Rockhill location. You can never get in for appointment when needed, all they do is push you off to a ER or Urgent Care just to be seen sooner, creating a higher bill. What exactly is a ER or Urgent Care going to do to manage migraines. They do not have my extensive history or know me from the next patient. Looks like its time to take my care and my family's to another provider office.
