“JR roofing Residential Sales Executive Keith Vanderpool is such a positive representative of a local home town roofing company. Keith didn't make it about trying to sell me a roof that I don't / didn't need. He wanted to investigate the issues that contributed to water seepage into my ceiling. He started by going into the attic parts of my home from the inside. Once he checked out the area he whipped out his ladder and climb on top of the roof thoroughly investigating all areas from E to W and N to S noting and taking photos of any potential damaged areas, or areas of concern. I was Happy to hear from Keith's report that the damage is superficial and minor from the 2-spots he noted from his inspection of the roof. Because of the type of roof that I have the 2- hail damaged spots were minimal. Keith even took the time to hammer down a couple of nails he noticed during his inspection that had pulled away around flashing that secure a pipe coming up through the roof. Keith took the time to dab a bit of silicone around on the minor spots that had minor hail damage. But gave a green light and all clear on the condition of the existing roof without trying to sell me a new roof. JR Roofing is about Going the extra mile in its treatment of all customers. This I must say is great impressive customer service from a Home Town Team!! I would recommend JR Roofing and would definitely refer to them and Keith Vanderpool for your roofing needs.“
