Highly recommend TKC. Micah and Igor have built something special. Not only in construction but in the way they carry out their business model. They are On time, Professional, Knowledgeable, Realistic, Prepared and Scheduled. Really if your looking for someone to give you a realistic outlook on your project and deliver what has been laid out, this company has a business model that complete that with confidence. I personally worked with TKC on a smaller project as we completed the roofing side of the project. Micah visited with me about my input, scheduling, realistic delays and expectations. I was in the loop with all other trades during the process to help me keep on track with them as well. Micah helped me help them. I would be happy to work with TKC in the future!! I have also witnessed the side of the of the business that most contractor have lost, CARING. It's not all about the work they get but the knowledge and advise they would give out even if they didn't get the job. I would at the very least, contact them and listen to what TKC can do for you. I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't hire them on the spot!
