3115 Gillham Rd, Kansas City“Everyone warns you that a home remodel is going to be a nightmare, that was not our experience with Remodel Moore - it was a breeze and a dream! We renovated our family's most used spaces - kitchen, mudroom/laundry and hearth room, all while our entire family stayed in the house. Ryan and Oliver went above and beyond every day, keeping our family comfortable and giving us an accurate schedule of what to expect each day and week. Not to mention having to participate in a few nerf gun wars with the kids!
Every team member that worked on our home truly cared about what they did, and it's evident in the craftsmanship of everything - it's perfect! We are so happy and know we can trust the finished product for years and years to come. Cannot thank them all enough.“

He went above and beyond over several months to get my new roof fully approved through insurance, and his knowledge of the process was impressive. His strategy, communication, and persistence with the insurance company made all the difference and turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a successful one.
He also helped several of my neighbors with their roofs, and everyone was extremely happy with the results. Jayke is professional, easy to work with, and clearly knows his stuff. I would highly recommend Jayke and JR Co to anyone dealing with an insurance roofing claim.“

8833 State Ave # 4, Kansas City“I experienced some issues with a roofing company I had hired to replace my roof. I needed to speak to other roofing professionals to share my concerns and discuss possible ways to deal with the situation. I ran into an article written by Handlin Construction titled “Resolving Roofing Disputes in the Kansas City Metro” and knew this was a company that could give me some advice that I wasn’t able to get anywhere else after many calls. Chris was more than helpful. He took the time from his busy schedule to listen to my concerns and give me valuable feedback. I was impressed by his knowledge and experience. I had to deal with my original roofing company to get the needed repairs but would have used Handlin Construction in an instant if I could. I will definitely use Handlin Construction for any future roofing work.“

They were incredibly efficient, provided daily progress updates along with pictures and weekly facetime meetings. They always responded quickly—even after hours if we had a question.
We had an amazing experience with this team! Perry and Mark did an incredible job overseeing our kitchen and bathroom remodels. Their expertise was invaluable. Our designer, Kelly, was wonderful—she had great design ideas, she kept us within our price point while inspiring us to step outside our comfort zone, at times, with beautiful, bold choices. They were always honest about what would or wouldn't work or simply not look good…they provided feedback that made a huge difference. We can’t leave Casey out…he did a flawless job staining and reinstalling our wood doors.
I highly recommend working with this fun group of professionals!“

11647 W 83rd Terrace, Lenexa“A lengthy review, but worth the read! The motto for Midwest Kitchens, LLC is “exceeding expectations since 1994”, and this was certainly the case with our kitchen remodel. Our kitchen had a peninsula containing a critical support column for the weight of the 2nd floor. This meant that it could not be removed without the enormous cost associated with structural engineering modifications. We decided to proceed with the kitchen remodel by Michael Weidler of Midwest Kitchens, LLC. My wife worked with Michael’s extensive experience, but especially his artistic design expertise, to select backsplash colors, rearrange the location of appliances, create an island that incorporated the support column described above, choose the type of cabinetry desired, select the color of the quartz countertops to nicely showcase the beautiful cabinetry colors (navy blue and Downing slate), and pick out the type and style of under- and interior-cabinet lighting.
Michael went right to work and did a full kitchen demolition in 2 days and then proceeded to rebuild a contemporary showpiece kitchen over the next 6 weeks. First, we appreciated that he showed up in the morning after most people have an opportunity to start their day. After each day, his tools and equipment were neatly put away and the work site was cleaned up. This was a blessing with all the dust that can be generated. In addition, he hung plastic from the ceiling to isolate his work area and minimize the spread of any dust. Importantly, Michael Weidler is not only very friendly but also takes pride in his craftmanship and the expertise that he brings to each project. As conveyed to me by an individual from the company that installs the countertops, Michael remodels kitchens with the same care and detail that he would provide if remodeling his own mother’s kitchen. For example, he covers all new cabinetry, appliances, and countertops with cardboard so that he does not dent, chip, or otherwise damage any aspect of the remodel.
One of the most important aspects to his work, and especially important to homeowners, is his trustworthiness. We had absolutely no concerns about this occurring when my wife and I were not there. Michael is the most honest and forthright individual to ever work in our home when we were absent. My wife and I trusted Michael and Gene L. completely! Lastly, one aspect that I really want to emphasize is Michael’s desire to bring any plumbing or electrical work not only up to existing code, but also to exceed the code. This provides ease of mind to the homeowner, so they know that when they are away, there is not going to be a water leak or electrical fire in their home. Moreover, adherence to code guarantees the value of your home in the event of a future sale. Finally, I want to focus on Michael’s eye for detail and quest for perfection. He can immediately determine if a countertop, an appliance, a shelf, etc. is not perfectly level, he can immediately discern whether cabinet drawers or doors, pulls and knobs, etc. are crooked and don’t follow perfect lines and display equal spacing; in short, any small departure from perfect alignment, spacing, and surfaces being level is quickly noticeable to Michael. This incredible ability comes from 30+ years of experience and his eye for detail!
In summary, this is an outstanding kitchen remodeling company, and my wife and I would give this company and Michael Weidler a 5+-star rating. It is truly inspiring to see such dedication to excellent craftmanship regardless of what aspect of your kitchen remodel is occurring. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the total transformation of our kitchen area. I have no reservations about highly recommending Midwest Kitchens, LLC and Michael Weidler to any person that either asks us about our kitchen remodel or is thinking of having their kitchen upgraded and made more contemporary.“

“We have used Mission Kitchen and Bath for two recent remodeling projects in our home. We got 3 bids for the work and they were the middle price point. Maddie was great to work with as our project manager and kept us updated as we started the projects. We liked the fact that the workers coming into our home are employees of their company rather than subcontractors. Jamieson was the employee that completed both of our jobs and he was respectful of our home. The first project was to update the bathroom on the 2nd floor that screamed the 1980's, when our home was built! We are the 2nd owners of the home and we are updating a room at a time. We were very pleased with the new vanity Mission installed for us along with new vinyl flooring. Next we had Mission paint our large kitchen and that project also turned out well. The previous owners had painted it all a peach color, including the ceiling. Though my husband has done some painting projects in previous homes, but wasn't interested in painting a ceiling! We had already seen the care that Jamieson takes when painting, from the bathroom remodel. We selected a light yellow color from Sherman Williams for the walls and traditional white for the ceiling. This project required painting around several pot lights in the ceiling and above the existing cabinets. The end result was just what we wanted and our kitchen feels updated. We have another bathroom remodel that we plan to do and we know to will use Mission for that project!
[update - June 9, 2026] We used Mission Kitchen and Bath for an additional project. We remodeled the basement bathroom. It had wall paper that the previous owner had put in but it was pealing off. They used tile on the floor that was incredibly slippery. The vanity was large but didn't have much storage. The toilet was old and needed to be replaced. The mirror was the old type that was glued to the wall. My husband got most of the wallpaper off but there were areas the needed new sheet rock, especially behind where the mirror had been. Mission took care of that and then placed the new vanity we purchased from Menard's. Then they put down a coating on the old tile that allowed vinyl plank to be put down. They replaced the new toilet for us. We are happy with this updated bathroom.“
