I had been dealing with a muddy crawlspace and a soggy backyard, since it's basically just a hill that directs all the rain towards my house, so I looked into several drainage companies around Kansas City to find a solution. After reviewing all the quotes I decided on ADS since their vision looked to be the most complete solution to my problem and I couldn't be more satisfied with their work. They had a 2-man crew come out and do the grading, bury down spouts and install a French drain along my backyard with a daylight exit in the front. Atlantis has now completed underground extended drains from my gutters. I first used ADS in 2014 to extend one downspout and a foundation drain. They just finished their 6th extension that will move all roof drains out into my yard. Highly recommend ADS for all you home drainage needs. While I have never had any water in my basement this is additional work that moves the water further away from the home.
