“Love the Staff for pediatrics & primary care. Very welcoming, good attitudes and very understanding. However, I do feel that the billing of urgent care services incorrectly as emegency services is unacceptable. This should be addressed and taken care of. Anytime we go to Urgent care, once the bill is received we need to call billing to rectify the issue. It is absurd.“
