Staff was super friendly, helpful in locating items, and explaining their new programs!The only thing I wanted for was a better selection of small dog clothes.GREAT PLACE will definitely continue shopping here

We had to get a same day grooming appointment late afternoon on Saturday - we originally had an appointment for 3 weeks at Petsmart before our vacation. When we dropped her off for her early morning scheduled time, Petsmart called within 30 minutes later and said Ginger was "too stressed out to be groomed." After picking her up and going back home, we were angry because this is the 2nd time this has happened to us with this particular Petsmart location. I looked online and saw availability at Petco same day and scheduled a time. They called us immediately and told us we could bring her in earlier if possible. I was looking at cat litter boxes, specifically high back type. You had 2 but it seemed like you mostly had the more expensive 'fancy' types like self cleaning or hooded types. My one of two cats will not go in a hooded type, which limited my selection. I also was looking for a mat to put there food & water dishes on but didn't find any. Also prices on treats were very high.
